This site is published by Red Frame Lemonade LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Wisconsin ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please close the page.

1. You must be of legal drinking age

This site is about an alcoholic drink. You may use it only if you are of legal drinking age where you live. In the United States that is 21. We ask you to confirm this before you come in. If you are not old enough, do not use the site.

2. Nothing on this site is for sale

There is no cart here, no checkout and no payment. We do not sell bottles on this site and we do not publish a price.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell alcohol, an invitation to make an offer, or a solicitation of an order. Nothing here creates a contract. Any sale of a bottle of Red Frame Lemonade, if and when one happens, would happen somewhere other than this site, through channels that the law allows, and only where it is lawful. We make no representation that any bottle is available to you.

If you write to us, we may answer. An answer is not an offer and is not an agreement to sell you anything. We may decline to respond. We are free to stop responding at any time.

3. The Frame Shop

The Frame Shop is described on this site. It is not open. Nothing in it is for sale and no prices are set.

When it opens it will be run for us by Fourthwall, a third party. Fourthwall will be the merchant of record for those items, will take payment on its own site under its own terms and privacy policy, and will handle fulfilment, shipping, returns and tax for them. We are not the seller of those items and we do not process payments. Product names, materials, sizes and the blank garment references shown here describe what we intend to make. They may change before the shop opens.

4. What is on the site, and what it is not

The words, pictures, film, drawings and text on this site describe a drink and how we like it served. They are not nutritional, dietary, medical or health advice. Serving suggestions are suggestions. Nothing here says, or is meant to suggest, that drinking alcohol is good for you.

We try to keep the site accurate. We do not promise that it is. We may change, move or take down anything here at any time without notice.

5. Our marks and our work

"Red Frame Lemonade" and the red frames logo are our trademarks. See the Trademark and Copyright Notice for the detail.

The site, its copy, its layout, its code, its photographs and its film are owned by us or licensed to us. You may read the site, link to it and quote it fairly. You may not copy it, reproduce it, scrape it, mirror it, feed it to a model for training, or use our name or marks on your own goods, services, site or account, without our written permission.

Third party brand and garment names appear on this site only to identify the blanks and suppliers we intend to use. Those names belong to their owners. Their appearance here is not an endorsement by them or of them.

6. Links away from here

We link to accounts on Instagram and TikTok, and we will link to Fourthwall. Those are other companies' sites, under their own rules. We do not control them and we are not responsible for them. Read their terms if you go there.

7. Writing to us

The only way to reach us is hello@redframelemonade.com. There is no form on this site and there is no mailing list.

Do not send us anything confidential, and do not send us ideas, recipes, designs, names or artwork you expect to be paid for. If you send us an unsolicited idea, we are free to use it without owing you anything, and we are not agreeing that it was new.

8. No warranty

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be available, uninterrupted or free of error.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability to you for anything connected with this site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100).

Some states do not allow some of these exclusions. If you live in one, the parts that are not allowed do not apply to you, and the rest still do.

10. Drink responsibly

We ask you to drink responsibly, and never to drive after drinking. See the Age and Responsibility Statement.

11. Changes

We may change these Terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. If you use the site after a change, you accept the new version.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts sitting in Wisconsin, and you and we each consent to those courts.

13. The rest

If a term here is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the notices linked from the footer, are the whole agreement between you and us about this site.
