Privacy Policy

Effective 5 November 2026

This site is published by Red Frame Lemonade LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy says what happens to information when you visit.

The short version

This site collects almost nothing. There is no account to make, no cart, no checkout, no payment, no form and no mailing list. We have installed no analytics, no advertising tags, no tracking pixels and no cookies. We do not sell or rent information about you, and we do not share it for advertising.

Three things do happen, and they are set out below.

1. If you write to us

The only way to reach us is hello@redframelemonade.com. If you send us an email we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to write. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a list. We do not send marketing email.

We keep inquiry email for 24 months and then delete it, unless we need to keep it longer to meet a legal obligation or to deal with a dispute.

Our email is handled for us by our email provider, which stores the messages on our behalf.

2. Server logs

This site is hosted by Vercel. Like every web host, Vercel records a short technical log of each request: the IP address it came from, the time, the page or file asked for, the browser and operating system reported, and the referring page if there is one. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you, and we do not try to identify you from them. They exist so the site can be served and kept secure. Vercel keeps them under its own policy and for its own periods.

3. One item of local storage, for the age gate

When you confirm you are of legal drinking age, your browser saves a single value on your own device under the name rfl21. It holds the date and time you confirmed, and nothing else. It is there so we do not ask you the same question on every page. It expires after thirty days.

This is browser local storage, not a cookie, and it is never sent to us or to anyone else. It stays on your device. You can remove it at any time by clearing site data for this site in your browser settings. If you remove it, the site will ask you the age question again.

4. Fonts

Three typefaces on this site are requested from Google Fonts when the page loads. That request is made by your browser directly to Google, and it tells Google your IP address, your browser and the page you are on. We receive nothing from it. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy.

The two display typefaces are built into the page itself and involve no third party.

5. Social links

We link to accounts on Instagram and TikTok. We do not embed their code, so nothing from them runs on this site and they learn nothing about you until you click. Once you are on their site you are under their rules and their privacy policies, not ours.

6. The Frame Shop

The Frame Shop is not open. When it opens it will be operated for us by Fourthwall, which will be the merchant of record and will take payment on its own site. Any name, address, payment detail or order information you give there is collected by Fourthwall under Fourthwall's privacy policy, not this one. We will link to it from the shop before anything is for sale.

7. Who else sees anything

Only the service providers named above: our host, our email provider, and the font service your browser calls. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, if we are responding to lawful process, or if we need to protect our rights or someone's safety.

8. No one under legal drinking age

This site is for adults of legal drinking age. It is not for children and we do not want information from anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect it. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to hello@redframelemonade.com and we will delete it.

9. Your choices

You can read the whole site without telling us anything, except the age confirmation your own browser stores. If you have written to us and you want your email deleted, ask us at hello@redframelemonade.com and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to see, correct, delete or restrict the information an organization holds about you, to object to its use, or to complain to a regulator. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California or another place with such rights, write to us at the address above and we will honour them. We will not treat you differently for asking. Because we hold so little, the usual answer is that we hold your email and nothing more.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

10. Where information is held

We are in the United States and our providers are in the United States. If you write to us from outside the United States, your message will be stored here.

11. Changes

If we change this policy the date at the top will change with it. If we ever start collecting more than this, we will say so here before we do.
