Trademarks

The following are trademarks of Red Frame Lemonade LLC:

The red frames logo: the round red spectacle frames with lemon halves as the lenses. Registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
"RED FRAME LEMONADE" as a word mark: registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use these marks. You may not use them, or anything confusingly similar to them, on goods, packaging, services, domain names, social accounts, advertising or merchandise without our written permission. You may refer to us by name in ordinary writing about us.

Third party marks

Garment and supplier names shown in The Frame Shop, including Comfort Colors, BagBase, Spoke, Lane Seven, Yupoong, Flexfit, Port Authority, Liberty Bags, Knitwise and Atlantis, are the trademarks of their respective owners. They appear here only to identify the blanks we intend to use. Their owners have not endorsed us and we do not claim any association with them.

Instagram, TikTok, Fourthwall and Vercel are trademarks of their respective owners.

The copy, design, layout, code, illustrations, photographs and film on this site are owned by us or licensed to us. You may read the site and link to it. You may not reproduce, republish, mirror, scrape or redistribute it, or use it as training data for a machine learning model, without our written permission.

Typefaces

Anton and Caveat are embedded in the page. Instrument Serif, Inter Tight and JetBrains Mono are requested from Google Fonts. All five are released under open licences that permit this use.
